We created an immersive 360º virtual tour back in time to discover the history behind the Vatican for the VR Back to the past project. Lots of digital reconstructions and background actors inserted with chroma key technique will bring the spectators in a extraordinary journey through time. We created a panoramic video of about 14 minutes to be viewed with VR glasses, for an awesome and full immersive experience into the past. You will be transported in an immersive journey to admire the Vatican as you have never seen before. Where the St.Peter's Basilica is currently located there was an area with roman villas with beautiful gardens, the Circus of Caligula and Nero where the apostle Peter was martyrized and killed.
